Pre-Treatment Instructions (SkinPen®)
To prepare your skin and ensure optimal results:
✔ 7 Days Before Treatment:
Discontinue use of:
Retinoids (Retin-A, tretinoin), topical antibiotics
Exfoliants (acids, scrubs, enzymes)
Hydroquinone or skin-lightening agents
Avoid unprotected sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanners.
✔ 3–5 Days Before Treatment:
No chemical peels, laser treatments, waxing, or aggressive facial treatments.
Pause use of blood-thinning medications or supplements (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E), unless directed otherwise by your physician.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before your appointment.
✔ Day of Treatment:
Arrive with clean skin — no makeup, lotion, sunscreen, or perfume on the treatment area.
Notify your provider of:
Any active cold sores, skin infections, or open wounds
Recent illness, medical conditions, or medications
Stay hydrated.
⚠️ Contraindications: SkinPen® is not recommended if you're pregnant, nursing, have active skin infections, or are prone to keloid scarring. Always disclose your full medical history to your provider.

Post-Treatment Instructions (SkinPen®)
Immediately After Treatment (First 24 Hours):
Your skin may appear red or flushed, similar to a mild sunburn. Expect tightness, sensitivity, and slight swelling.
Avoid touching the treated area unnecessarily.
Cleanse gently with lukewarm water and pat dry using clean hands or gauze.
Ensure you use clean pillowcase.
Product Use:
Only apply SkinPen®-approved post-treatment serums provided by your practitioner (e.g., Skinfuse® Lift HG).
Do not use makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products not approved for immediate post-care.
Important Reminders:
Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate peeling skin.
Replace pillowcases every 1–2 days during healing.

A series of 4-6 treatments is recommended to achieve the optimal results. Your esthetician will create a personalized treatment plan based on your skin's condition and goals.

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and this notice allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
